House Rules
1. General
Treat Boshuis Astéri as if it were your own home and be careful with furniture and equipment. Indoor furniture must not be moved outside.
The number of guests staying overnight at Boshuis Astéri may not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
Smoking is not permitted inside. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside. Please use an ashtray. There is one outside.
Use the WiFi only for legal and normal activities. Illegal downloads are prohibited.
Professional eroticism in any form is prohibited in the holiday home.
2. Safety
In case of emergency: call 112 first, ensure everyone is safe, and then notify me. The nearest GP and emergency numbers are listed in the welcome pack for this home.
Open fires (for example, a barbecue or fire pit) are not permitted.
A fire extinguisher is available. You will find it in the hallway by the front door. There is also a first aid kit in the bottom drawer of the vanity unit in the bathroom. You will find a fire blanket in the kitchen cupboard under the sink.
If you lose the keys, report this to me immediately.
Make sure all doors and windows are properly closed when you leave the house.
3. Waste
We ask you to separate your waste into residual waste, glass, and paper. There is no green bin.
You will find the bins for residual waste, glass, and paper on your right towards the park exit.
4. Peace and neighbors
Please respect the peace and quiet on the park and the neighbors. It is completely quiet on the park between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
It is fine to receive visitors. Your guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Parties and events are not permitted.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
6. Damage
Did something accidentally break during your stay? Please report this immediately so that I can bring a replacement on the changeover day. In the event of major damage, we will look for a solution together.
